   Client Background

    In 2024, an Indian hardware manufacturer purchased our refurbished 2300mm × 3600mm PVD vacuum coating machine.
    The client specializes in the processing of various metal components, with a product range that includes large stainless steel sheets, hardware frame parts, and other components.
    Following the installation of our PVD system, the factory now independently handles all metal surface coating processes and has expanded its operations to include contract coating services for other clients.

    Recently, we have received on‑site operation videos sent directly by our Indian partner.   

    Delivered in 2024, the 2300mm×3600mm vacuum‑coating equipment is still running in good and stable condition in their production workshop.

    The customer carries out batch coating processing for stainless‑steel sheets, hardware accessories, metal logos and other products continuously, and all finished‑work pieces deliver excellent metallic‑color results.

    Our team has provided long‑term after‑sales technical support ever since equipment delivery. Even for second‑hand coating systems, we keep tracking equipment operating status and remotely assist in solving various operational issues.
